Anger Management

Anger management is about more than anger.

Anger is a normal emotion. When it begins to affect your relationships, work, or daily life, it is time to develop new ways of understanding and responding to it.

Our Anger Management Workshop is designed to help participants understand the root causes of anger, recognize personal triggers, and develop practical skills for responding in healthier, more constructive ways.

What you'll learn:

During this interactive workshop, participants will explore topics such as:

  • Understanding the purpose of anger
  • Common myths and types of anger
  • The brain science behind anger and emotional regulation
  • The role of control, self-esteem, and shame
  • Practical tools for managing anger
  • Developing a personal plan for continued growth

Participants will receive a comprehensive workbook filled with educational content, reflection exercises, and practical tools to continue using after the workshop.

Workshop Details:

Duration: 6 hours
Investment: $400 per participant
Group size: Maximum 4 participants

The workshop combines education, discussion, practical exercises, and self-reflection to help participants build healthier responses to anger.

A certificate of completion is available upon successful completion of the workshop.

Workshop Policies

Registration & Cancellation

Registration is confirmed once payment has been received. Payment is due in full at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact Ironwood Wellness as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with future workshop availability when possible.

Lunch Break

A lunch break will be provided during the workshop. Lunch is not included with registration.

Participants are welcome to:
- Bring their own lunch and store it in the refrigerator at Ironwood Wellness
- Visit one of the nearby restaurants or food options during the break

Attendance & Completion

Participants are expected to attend the full workshop in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Confidentiality

This workshop involves discussion and reflection around personal experiences. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others by maintaining confidentiality and not sharing personal information discussed by fellow participants outside of the workshop.

Workshop Changes

Ironwood Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop if necessary. In the event of a cancellation by Ironwood Wellness, participants will be contacted and provided with options for transfer or refund.
