Meet the Ironwood Wellness Team

At Ironwood Wellness, our counsellors are committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. While each member of our team brings their own experience, training, and areas of focus, we share a common goal: helping clients navigate life’s challenges with empathy, respect, and evidence-based care.

Whether you’re seeking support for stress, anxiety, trauma, relationships, addiction, or personal growth, we’ll work alongside you to help you move toward healing and lasting change.
