Yes. We are happy to offer direct billing for many insurance providers. Coverage and reimbursement vary depending on your individual benefits plan, and we cannot guarantee the amount your insurer will cover. Clients are responsible for any balance not paid by their insurance provider.
We accept payment by credit card through our secure booking system, or by e-transfer. We do not accept cash, cheque, or debit payments.
We understand that plans can change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 fee, which cannot be billed to insurance.
